Our Pennsylvania wine tour packages are described below and can be adjusted according to your specific group needs. We are here to plan, execute and guide your wine tour and gathering to insure that the host as well as all guests have a memorable experience.
Our packages include all wine tour event planning, accommodations reservations, restaurant reservations, wine tour transportation and vineyard and winery admission. Our wine tour guides will act as your concierge during your trip and only guide one group per day.
Our tours are custom VIP gatherings. Our services can be compared to sailing on a private yacht as opposed to a cruise ship.
At PA Wine Tours we pride ourselves on being able to read a crowd and tell when they are ready to move on, or relax and stay a little longer. We are also prepared to handle situations if they arise and make sure everyone is drinking responsibly. All situations are handled in a discreet and professional matter to insure that no one is embarrassed.

Our Friends and Family Pennsylvania wine tour package will enable you as a host to enjoy the company of the people that you adore most while being treated to a spectacular trouble free event.
This is a full service two day, two night package, we will arrange your accommodations reservations, dinner reservations, transportation to and from the winery for the wine tour, admission to the private VIP winery tour and a small arrival gathering.
On the evening of your arrival we arrange a meet and greet complete with nametags so that everyone can become acquainted. We leave your evening open for dinner at the hotel/guest house with your guests.
For day two we will provide tour transportation and make all arrangements with the winery that will be toured. Following your tour we will arrange dinner reservations in a private room at a local beloved restaurant. We leave day three to your discretion.
Our Friends and Family Pennsylvania wine tour package is designed to enable individual or group billing.

Our corporate retreat wine tour package will enable you as a host to enjoy the vent with your fellow workers and while we guide your wine tour event to success.
This is a full service two day, two night package, we will arrange your accommodations reservations, dinner reservations, transportation to and from the winery for the wine tour, admission to the private VIP winery tour and a small arrival gathering.
On the evening of your arrival we arrange a meet and greet complete with nametags so that everyone can become acquainted. We leave your evening open for dinner at the hotel/guest house with your guests or for individual exploration.
For day two we will provide tour transportation and make all VIP arrangements with the winery that will be toured. Following your tour we will arrange dinner reservations in a private room at a local beloved restaurant. We arrange a night cap with wines from local wineries at the hotel following dinner.
A recap brunch is provided on day three and the remainder of the day left to individual exploration of historic Jim Thorpe Pennsylvania.

CLASS REUNION WINERY TOUR
Our Sorority Sisters Pennsylvania wine tour package will enable your girls to reunite and reacquaint with each other at a casual and relaxed level. Your planners will act as hosts and be able to be part of your reunion instead of it being a chore and missing all of the fun.
This is a group service two-day, two-night experience, we arrange reservations at a local historic inn so that the girls can live together just like back in college.
On the evening of your arrival we arrange a pajama party complete with pop-corn and wine so that you can enjoy a romantic comedy while reminiscing with your girls. Dinner is left for you to order in from the inn or a pizza from a list of local favorites.
For day two we will provide tour transportation and make all arrangements with the winery that will be toured. Following your tour we make reservations at a local restaurant for your group.
Day three is left for your exploration of Historic Jim Thorpe Pennsylvania.
Our Class reunion Pennsylvania wine tour package is designed for group billing of certain facilities and gathering events with individuals handling their own lodging and meals.

Our Class Reunion Pennsylvania wine tour package will enable your small reunion group to reunite and reacquaint with each other at a casual and relaxed level. Your planners will act as hosts and be able to be part of your reunion instead of it being a chore and missing all of the fun.
This is a group service three-day, two-night experience, we leave hotel reservations to each guest individually yet provide a list of recommended establishments. Dinner arrangements are described below.
On the evening of your arrival we arrange a meet and greet at a local restaurant complete with nametags so that everyone can become acquainted. We reserve a private room so that your group can be free to reminisce and reunite. Dinner is served at this gathering with each person responsible for their own menu selections and bill.
For day two we will provide tour transportation and make all arrangements with the winery that will be toured. Following your tour we leave dinner to each person’s discretion. A farewell brunch is planned on the third day.

What a wonderful way to gather to celebrate the arrival of a new addition to the family. On our baby shower wine tours we limit the expecting mother to grape juice made from the grapes of the vineyards and wineries that we visit.
Your group will vote on the best wine to send you off with in a sealed bottle of course so that you can re-live the shower and celebrate the new born on the anniversary of your Eastern PA Wine Tour.
This is a full service two day package, we will arrange your accommodations for your group and a small gathering the day of your arrival leaving your evening open for dinner with your guests.
For day two we will provide tour transportation and make all arrangements with the winery that will be toured. Following your tour we will arrange dinner reservations in a private room at a local beloved restaurant. This is where your guests can do the traditional bridal shower events.
We arrange a brunch for your final day at a local spot where you can recap your Pennsylvania wine tour with your guests.

This is a full service three day two night wine tour package. We will arrange your accommodations for your group and a small meet and greet gathering with a wine tasting hour. We will make reservations for your dinner as well as provide a guide to gather and direct your guests with directions to the restaurant.
For day two we will provide tour transportation and make all arrangements with the winery that will be toured. Following your tour we will arrange dinner reservations in a private room at a local beloved restaurant. This is where your guests can socialize and provide any gifting. We arrange a brunch for your final day at a local spot where you can recap your Pennsylvania wine tour with your guests.
